• All individual entrants must be 16 years of age or above at the time of the 2016 awards ceremony.( see note 1)

• All entries must be original work

•  Entrants must clearly state which category they wish their work to be entered in to. Individual entries can ony be submitted into one category and this must be stated on the entry form. Any  entry that does not state a category will be void.

• Entrants can submit different works into different categories up to a maximum of two entries per category. Each entry must be accompanied by its own separate entry form.

• All completed entries must be delivered to the authorised entry address no later than one week prior to the LECA Awards ceremony. (see note 3)

• The authorised entry address is  -The 2016 LECA Awards, Claremont Park Community  Centre, The old Library, Claremont Road, Blackpool. FY1 2QJ.

• It is the sole resposibility of entrants to deliver the entries to the scheme on time. LECA will not be able to cover any postage or other costs involved.

• All entries will be displayed at the awards ceremony, any entrant wishing to have their work returned to them must take their work away at the end of the ceremony. LECA will not be able post or deliver entries after this date.

•  Should an entrant be unable to attend the awards ceremony it will be their responsibilty to make arrangements for the return of their entry and all costs must be covered by the entrant in advance.

• All entries are submitted at the entrants own risk and LECA cannot be held resposible for any loss or damage to submitted work during the course of the scheme.

• The judges decisions will be final and no corressondence can be entered into after the awards ceremony regarding any decisions made by the judging panel.

 

Note 1- In the case of group entries it is acceptable for some members to be under 16 as long as the overall membership of the group is predominately an adult one.

 

Note 2- Your completed entry need not be submitted at the same time as your form. Once you have submitted your LECA entry form you wil be allocated an 'entry reference number' which you will need to quote when you deliver your completed work.   

 

Note 3- The LECA Awards Ceremony is sceduled for Saturday October 15th, 2016 at Blackpool Football Club. This means that entries must be delivered no later than Friday 7th October 2015. This date is subject to change dependent upon the 2016/17 Football League Fixtures.
